The Reality Of Lawsuits and Your Career

§ May 27th, 2011 § Filed under Finance § No Comments

The structure of your business plays a big role in how successful it is going to be. To a certain extent this is related to the idea of liability. This is a point that should be of particular interest to anyone that works on the professional side of things. Lawsuits due to malpractice or negligence are not nearly as uncommon as a person might think. The truth is that it only takes one of these suits to ruin your career, cause you to lose your home, and leave you destitute. Believe me, that can happen. In some career fields carrying professional indemnity insurance is required. It is considered to be safety measures for all parties involved. In a lot of fields however nothing more than minimum liability coverage is mandated by law. The unfortunate side effect of this is that it leaves professionals in those fields mistakenly believing that they are immune to major negligence lawsuits. This of course could not further from the truth and could have dire consequences for the professional and their business. Malpractice is not something that is limited to doctors and lawyers only. The term malpractice literally mean negligence or gross incompetence exhibited by a professional during the course of providing their services to a client. This can happen in any field… Accounting, tree cutting, writing and more. If you are retaining clients, then you are liable for a malpractice lawsuit.

I make a living buying and selling stocks

My name is Kevin, and I’m a professional stock trader running my own practice. If you’re reading this article, then you probably just beginning to get into picking stocks just like I was a few years ago. I will admit, it is a difficult business to get into, but it can be very rewarding. After inheriting some money from my grandfather, I decided to learn the trade of investing. I used to be a mechanic fixing motorcycles, but I’ve come so far in the past few years. One of the greatest assets in my business is stock picking software. We all have busy lives, and it made it really easy for me to look at and analyze stocks automatically. Instead of having to look up all the data and trends, it would do it for me in a very efficient way. I don’t think I would’ve been successful as I have, without the help of this software. I can’t stress enough how much money can actually be made through stock investing. Like anything, practice makes perfect, and you can’t go wrong with stock picking software.
